压电智能骨料传感器设计与性能研究

摘    要:载荷、温度等不利的外部环境因素将影响压电智能传感器信号的接收和发射。该文设计了一种自行封装的压电智能骨料传感器(约8~15cm3),通过被动监测技术,对SAB、SAS两组压电智能骨料传感器进行截面抗压承载力的力学性能实验,记录被动监测信号突变点(即声发射信号)并进行分析。结果表明,0.24~0.41 MPa应力区间为压电智能骨料传感器正常工作危险区域,而0.41~0.61 MPa应力区间为正常工作的极限区域。压电智能骨料传感器实际抗压承载力的80%相当于达到了外包层C30混凝土标准抗压强度的90%,充分说明了SAS类压电智能骨料传感器具有非常好的抗压工作性能,揭示了压电智能骨料传感器在抗压等实际工程条件下的良好服役性能。

Abstract:The unfavorable external environment factors such as load, temperature will affect the signal receiving and sending of piezoelectric smart sensors. A piezoelectric smart aggregate sensor (about 8~15 cm3) is designed in this paper. The mechanical properties of piezoelectric smart aggregate sensors such as SAB and SAS resisting to compression failure are theoretically analyzed and experimentally studied. The signal singularity, that is, the acoustic emission signal of passive monitoring is recorded and analyzed. The results show that the stress range of 0.24~0.41 MPa is used as danger zone and 0.41~0.61 MPa as limit zone of the normal work of piezoelectric smart aggregate sensors. The 80% of actual compressive bearing capacity for piezoelectric smart aggregate sensors is nearly equivalent to achieve 90% of C30 concrete standard compressive strength, which fully illustrate the SAS piezoelectric smart aggregate sensor has the very good compressive performance, which reveals the excellent service performance of piezoelectric smart aggregate sensors under the actual engineering conditions.
