摘    要:现有的硬币识别系统的结构复杂,成本高.该文根据我国现行硬币币种间大小的不同,利用光电开关的特性,设计出一种由4个光电开关构成的硬币面值检测系统.对不同币种通过检测时,从4个光电开关输出电平状态,可识别出硬币面值大小.采用51单片机完成对光电开关信号的检测、硬币的分类统计、PM66语音芯片的控制实现语音报数.系统联调表明,该系统实现了对不同硬币面值的识别、分类统计、语音报数,对所做实验硬币的识别率达到了100%,具有一定的应用前景和推广价值.
