雨量传感器用压电换能器设计仿真研究

摘    要:为突破压电式雨量传感器在小雨滴粒径方面的检测精度,该文提出了一种新型的换能器设计结构。 在传统换能器结构四周增加压电双晶片的外围结构,通过 ANSYS瞬态分析法分别对中心弧形结构、外围压电双晶片、压电纤维复合材料及压电纤维复合材料双晶片等结构在不同冲击位置的电压进行仿真分析,同时对压电纤维复合材料双晶片因不同水膜厚度引起的阻抗特性进行仿真分析,最后验证了仿真结构的有效性。结果表明,该研究对于新型雨量传感器提高雨滴检测的灵敏度,实现新型雨量传感器关键技术突破起到了一定支撑作用。

Abstract:In order to break through the detection accuracy of the piezoelectric rain sensor in terms of the particle size of small raindrops, this paper proposes a new type of transducer design structure. The peripheral structure of piezoelectric bimorph is added around the traditional transducer structure. Through the ANSYS transient analysis method, a series of simulation analyses on the voltage at different impact positions of the central arc structure, peripheral piezoelectric bimorph, piezoelectric fiber composite material and the piezoelectric fiber composite bimorph are carried out. At the same time, the impedance characteristics of the piezoelectric fiber composites bimorph caused by different water film thicknesses are simulated and analyzed, and finally the effectiveness of the simulated structure is verified. The results show that this research plays a certain supporting role in improving the sensitivity of raindrop detection and realizing the key technology breakthrough of the new rain sensor.
