摘    要:提出了一种把荧光光谱技术应用于检测晚期糖基化终末产物的方法,重点阐述了该荧光光谱检测系统的测量原理,设计了该荧光光谱检测系统.采用氙灯作为激发光源,利用该系统分别对发射波长为440 nm、445 nm、450 nm、455 nm进行激发光谱扫描测试,得出370 nm为最佳激发波长;采用370 nm的单色光作为激发光源,分别对正常人和糖尿病患者的皮肤组织进行荧光光谱检测,通过获得的荧光光谱分析可发现,两者在450 nm附近的荧光光谱存在明显差异.实验结果证明,该荧光光谱测量系统可应用于晚期糖基化终末产物的检测.

Abstract:A system making use of the technique of fluorescence spectrum to detect advanced glycation endproducts was proposed in the paper. The emphasis was on the principle and structure of the fluorescence spectrum detecting system.A portion of the tissue of the individual was illuminated with excitation light-xenon lamp. Making use of the system the excitation spectrums in the emission wavelength of 440 nm,445 nm,450 nm,455 nm were detected. It was found that 370 nm was the best excitated wavelength. At the same time, the emission spectrum was also be detected on the skin of normal people and diabetic people respectively. The result of the experiment indicated that there were distinct differences at about 450 nm. The result also proved that the system could be used to detect advanced glycation endproducts.
