| 摘 要： | 设计了压电加速度计的机械结构，推导了加速度计的X，Y，Z方向的特性方程，给出了三自由度的频响测试结果，采用光纤传输和同步检波的方法，有效地消除了噪声干扰。

| Abstract: | The mechanical structure of piezoelectric accelerometer is designed,and the operation equations on X ,Y ,and Z axes are deduced,and the test results of three dimensional sensitivities response are given.Andusing optical fiber transmitting and synchronous detection,noise disturbances are eliminated effectively. |
