摘    要:超声电机电参量的测量是指其启动和制动过程中电流及电压的测量,使用一般的传统仪器很难满足这一测量要求.该文利用LabVIEW软件平台,使用高速数据采集卡、霍尔电压和电流传感器等建立了一个直线超声电机电参量测试系统,可同时测量超声电机在启动、工作和制动过程中电压和电流的瞬时值及有效值等.最后通过对所研制的超声电机的实验测试,表明了该系统的可行性和有效性.

Abstract:The measurement of the electrical parameters of ultrasonic motor means that the voltage and current is tested in the process of starting-up,working and stopping of the ultrasonic motor. The conventional instruments can not satisfy these measurement requirements. In this work,an electrical parameters testing system of linear ultrasonic motor has been constructed based on Lab VIEW sorfware platform by using the high-speed data acquisition card, Hall voltage sensor and Hall current sensor.The testing system can measure the instantaneous value and virtual value of voltage and current simultaneously in the process of starting-up,working and stopping of the ultrasonic motor.The measurement error of the system was analyzed and the algorithm error was also given.At last,one linear ultrasonic motor were tested by the system, and the results showed that the testing system was creditable and reliable.
