半球谐振陀螺质量缺陷误差振动研究

摘    要:半球谐振陀螺仪是依靠半球薄壳振动来敏感载体角度变化的惯导级固体器件,球壳质量缺陷导致的误差振动是影响陀螺仪精度的重要原因。分析误差振动的来源,如何尽量减小球壳的误差振动及开展残余误差振动控制技术研究,是获得高精度半球谐振陀螺的前提条件。

Abstract:Hemispherical resonator gyroscope is a solid state vibrating structure gyroscope which measures the angle change of outside depending on the vibration of hemispherical shell. Vibration error of the hemispherical shell is the important reason affecting precision of the gyroscope. Studies on the source of the error vibration and how to minimize the error vibration; and researches on controlling residual error vibration are the preconditions to realize high precision of hemispherical resonator gyroscope.
