红外焦平面探测器性能参数测量中g因子的计算

摘    要:介绍了红外焦平面探测器性能参数测量中g因子的计算公式。分析并推导出了在理想相对光谱响应情况下,光子探测器及热探测器在受到器件窗口材料所限时g因子的计算公式。举例说明了光子探测器在理想相对光谱响应情况下g因子的计算结果,并与通过实际光谱相对响应计算得到的g因子值进行了比较,它们之间的典型偏差小于5%。因此在一般的红外焦平面器件性能参数测量中,可以通过用理想情况下的g因子值取代实际情况下的g因子值来计算峰值探测率等参数。这种方法相对简单和快捷,且不需要进行实际的相对光谱响应测量。

Abstract:The formular for calculating the factor g in the measurement of the performance parameters of an Infrared Focal Plane Array(IRFPA)detector is presented and the formulas for calculating the factors g of a photon detector and a thermal detector in the case of the ideal relative spectral response are analyzed and deduced when these detectors are limited by their window materials.The calculated factor g of the photon detector in the case of the ideal relative spectral response is illustrated and is compared with the calculated one of it in the case of the real relative spectral response.The typical deviation between them is less than 5%.Therefore,the parameters such as peak detectivity etc.can be calculated by using the factor g in the case of the ideal relative spectral response instead of the one in the case of the real relative spectral response.This method is relatively simple and quick and needs not measure the real relative spectral response.
