海上平台智能安防监控系统设计及研究

摘    要:以埕海海域某平台为例,基于智能视频监控系统、船舶自动识别系统、广播报警、计算机监控等技术,设计和研发了一套适用于海上无人驻守平台的安防监控系统,实现了昼夜对平台周边海域状况和登平台处的实时在线监测,从而对靠近平台的非法船舶和登平台的外来人员进行智能识别,并通过自动触发声光报警对其进行驱离。运行结果表明,该系统可对异常事件作出准确及时响应,自动触发关联设备,提升了海上平台安防监控的智能化水平。该研究对于优化海上平台安防监控技术具有一定的实际意义。

Abstract:Taking a platform in Chenghai sea area as an example, a set of security monitoring system suitable for unmanned offshore platform is designed and developed by using intelligent video monitoring system, automatic identification system, public address and general alarm system, computer monitoring and other technologies. It realizes real-time on-line monitoring of the situation of the sea area around the platform and the landing place around the platform day and night, as well as the illegal ships near the platform and the foreign personnel boarding the platform intelligent recognition, automatic trigger sound and light alarm to drive away. The operation results show that the system can make accurately and timely response to abnormal events, automatically trigger the associated equipment, and improve the intelligent level of offshore platform security monitoring. This research has certain practical significance for optimizing the security monitoring technology of offshore platform.
