主动调节刚性支撑薄膜型反射镜系统

摘    要:空间光学的发展对光学系统的轻量化提出越来越高的要求,空间光学系统中光学元件的轻量化问题已被人们所重视。超薄反射镜具有重量轻的优点,但它极易受各种力学、热力学等环境的影响,因而其面形易发生变化。因此可利用该特点对它的面形进行调节,使其达到面形精度要求,使缺点化为优点.合理利用该技术将使其发展为主流光学的实现策略之一;本文介绍了主动调节刚性支撑薄膜型反射镜系统的发展背景、组成原理以及系统的关键技术。

Abstract:With the development of space optics,more and more attention is paid to the lightweighting of the optical elements used in space optical systems.Although a membrane mirror has a light weight, its surface is easily deformed due to certain mechanical and thermodynamic factors.Therefore,such a feature can be used to adjust its surface shape so as to meet the required surface precision.If this technology is properly used,it will become one of the implementation strategies of modern optics.The development background,make-up and key techniques of the membrane mirror with an active rigid support are presented in this paper.
