体视显微镜的立体动态测量算法

摘    要:提出了一种利用directshow技术动态提取显微视频的立体动态测量算法。通过用立体网格模型拟合矫正因子,可以准确测量微小物体的高度,其测量误差小于0.02mm。实验结果表明,该算法适用于体视显微镜的立体动态测量。

Abstract:A dynamic stereo measurement algorithm which uses the directshow technique to extract microscopic video dynamically is proposed. By using a stereo mesh model to fit the correction factor, the height of a tiny object can be measured accurately with an error less than 0.02 mm. The experimental result shows that this algorithm is suitable for stereo microscopes to make a dynamic stereo measurement.
