加拿大农村宽带发展计划实施进展

加拿大信息化建设曾存在不均衡现象．部分农村和北部偏远地区发展严重滞后，在政府的大力支特下，成立了国家宽带特殊任务工作组，通过制定发展计划。有效推动了宽带在农村以及边远地区的发展。同时，针对计划中存在的不足提出了具体的应对方案。最后从加拿大的成功经验中．总结出对我国大有裨益的几点经验。

Canada's Rural Broadband Development Plan

The development of Canada's information construction used to be unbalanced, and some rural areas and northern remote areas seriously fell behind others. With the government's strong support, a national broadband special task working group has been established. Through enacting new development plan of broadband, it promotes broadband development in rural and northern areas effectively. It also brings up some specific schemes for resolving the deficiency in the plan. Finally, from the successful experience of Canada, this article summarizes some points which are helpful for us.
