| 摘 要： | 介绍了埃及电信业的发展历史和现状；仅有的一家固定网运营商、两家移动运营商、两家主要投资商及两家电信设备制造商；埃及电信及信息技术部、电信管理局、电信公司；埃及电信的5年发展计划、15年发展战略等。埃及电信业发展空间和利润空间均大．合作风险小，且埃及电信部正招商引资。发展民族工业。

| Abstract: | Development history and current situation telecom industry in Egypt as well as the only fixed network operator, 2 mobile operators, 2 major investor and 2 telecom equipment manufacturers; Ministry of Telecom and Information Technology of Egypt, Telecom regulator, telecom companies; 5-year developing plan and 15-year developing strategy for telecom in Egypt are introduced. The developing space and profit space of telecom industry in Egypt are both very large. There is little risk in cooperation. Moreover, the Ministry of Telecom of Egypt is now attracting investment to develop national industry. |
