| 摘 要： | 东南亚国家联盟现在主要由10个国家组成。这些国家的电信发展水平不均衡。其中泰国、菲律宾国家的电信发展较好，老挝则属于电信较落后的国家。近几年来，东盟电信市场潜力巨大，我国与东盟的合作快速发展，日趋紧密。

Countries like Thailand and Philippines have a better telecom industry than the others. Laos has a poor telecom industry. ASEAN has a big potential telecom market. At present, there is a close cooperative relationship between China and ASEAN. |
