| 摘 要： | FMC是固网运营商应对移动业务竞争的一个必然选择，而小灵通对其也具有相同的作用。在未来若干年内，小灵通还会以一定的规模发展。因此，在发展FMC的过程中，固网运营商要充分发挥小灵通自身优势，尤其在FMC发展初期，更要重视小灵通业务和网络的作用。

| Abstract: | FMC is an inevitable choice for fixed network carriers to respond the competition of mobile services, and little smart acts as the same role. In the coming several years, little smart will be developed with a certain scale. Therefore, when developing FMC, fixed network carriers have to make the best use of the advantages of little smart. Especially, in the early stage of FMC development, they shall pay more attention to the functions of little smart service and network. |
