一种高精度直流模拟量隔离传输电路的设计

摘    要:在工业应用中,为了提高系统的抗干扰能力和确保系统安全可靠地运行,往往使用电量隔离技术传输信号。文章提出一种传输直流模拟量的隔离电路。此电路主要由非线性光耦、低通滤波器、脉冲发生电路及控制单元组成。它使用简化的脉冲密度调制原理,跟踪待传输的直流信号,控制脉冲波的输出,将直流信号转换成脉冲,经光耦隔离后送入滤波器还原出原信号。此电路具有体积小、成本低的特点。

Abstract:To improve interference immunity of the system and ensure safe and reliable operation of the system, electricity isolation technology tends to be used to transmit signal in industrial applications.This paper presents a isolation circuit for DC analog isolation transmission.The circuit mainly consists of non-linear optocoupler,lowpass filter,pulse generation unit and control unit.It uses a simplified pulse density modulation principle,tracks DC signal to be transmitted and controls the output of the pulse wave.It converts DC signal into pulse wave.Then the pulse wave is transmitted into the filter to restore the original signal after isolation with optocoupler.The circuit features small size and low cost.
