基于特征区域的医学图像配准算法应用研究

用多尺度角点检测算法提取出角点及其梯度信息,根据角度直方图统计得到的大致旋转角度,然后计算得到考虑了旋转角度在内的匹配角点点对集合,在两幅待配准图像中选择以匹配角点点对为基础的特征区域,计算这些特征区域的对齐度以达到参考图像和浮动图像之间的配准。这种算法大大缩短了计算量,而且取得了很好的实验结果。
