“微电子工艺基础”教学的应用能力培养

独立学院应用型人才培养模式在我国教育的研究还是空白.笔者根据电子科学与技术专业应用型人才培养模式要求,结合多年的教学实践,在"微电子工艺基础"课程教学内容、教学方式和考核方式等方面进行了探索,提出了将教师的任务驱动式教学与学生的自主式学习相结合、同时辅以必要的实验实践环节为特色的教学方法.实践证明,这种该方法对培养合格的微电子应用型人才是有效的.
