摘    要:独立学院应用型人才培养模式在我国教育的研究还是空白.笔者根据电子科学与技术专业应用型人才培养模式要求,结合多年的教学实践,在"微电子工艺基础"课程教学内容、教学方式和考核方式等方面进行了探索,提出了将教师的任务驱动式教学与学生的自主式学习相结合、同时辅以必要的实验实践环节为特色的教学方法.实践证明,这种该方法对培养合格的微电子应用型人才是有效的.

Abstract:Independent colleges of applied personnel training mode is the gap in our country's education. According to the requests of the personnel training mode of the electronic science and technology major,combining the teaching experience,the authors study the choice of the appropriate teaching content,teaching and testing methods.
