| 摘 要： | 随着高校扩招,使得高等教育由精英型向普及型、大众型过渡,根据自动化专业具体的生源类型与特征,建设两种模式和多类型的教育体系和人才培养模式势在必行。通过自动化专业进行分类型教学改革的试点和实践,对自动化领域人才培养模式做出重大的改革和创新,使培养的研究型或精英型人才更具有专业理论水平与技能,同时也使应用型的人才成为就业市场的主导,变被动就业为主动择业,对全面提高各类型人才素质具有现实与深远的意义。同时分类型体系的建设是一个科学化、系统化的系统工程,需要不断在实践中完善与丰富体系内容,从而体现出自动化专业的特色,突出人才培养的个性化。
