高校毕业设计中出现的问题及对策

本文总结了在指导学生毕业设计过程中出现的十个实际问题。在详细分析的基础上，提出了相应的解决策略。为了提高毕业设计的效率和效果，对于毕业设计的内容、方法、制度都要敢于创新。本文从一个指导教师的角度，由细节人手考虑毕业设计内容的选择和具体方法的实施，而不是象大多数相关论文，从管理者的角度考虑管理制度的改进。本文提出的策略来源于实践，并经过实践证明是可行的。

Problems and Countermeasures in Diploma Project at Colleges

This paper summarizes ten problems that exist during the diploma project. We analyze them and provide respective solution. For improving the effect and efficiency of diploma projects, the innovation in contents, methods, and rules is necessary. The spotlight of this paper is to consider the contents and methods instead of rules, which are studied in most related papers. Our countermeasures come from the supervision practice and are testified to be feasible.
