摘    要:研制了一种基于电荷耦合器件(CCD)的线路激光测量仪.它利用激光的强方向性作为测量基准,激光束经CCD成像后,通过数据处理系统对激光光斑中心进行计算,从而可以测量出铁路钢轨在70 m弦长上任意位置处的高低和方位向偏差.与传统的弦绳测量法相比,此测量仪用激光束代替弦绳,用光电靶代替钢板尺,用数字显示代替人工读数,既解决了提速段钢轨参数的测量问题,又提高了测量精度和工作效率.
Abstract:
One track laser measuring instrument based on CCD is elaborated, which uses laser as strong directional measurement benchmarks. After the laser beam was imaged on CCD, the laser spot center would be calculated through the data processing system, so it is convenient to measure the deviation of the track in vertical and orientation directions within a 70 m chord length at an arbitrary position. Compared with the traditional rope chord measurement method, in this new method, a laser beam, a photoelectric target and a digital display are used to replace the string rope, the steel ruler and manual reading, respectively. This not only resolves the problem of measuring the parameters of a speed-raising rail, but also improves the measurement accuracy and working efficiency.
