点目标检测中线列探测器非线性响应的分析

摘    要:红外点目标检测系统和普通红外成像系统的应用和目的不同,非均匀性校正的依据也应不同.在探测器非线性响应模型的基础上,从数学推导和实验数据两方面对比和分析了线列探测器线性响应和非线性响应各自引起的非均匀性对点目标检测性能的影响.结果表明,非线性响应引起的非均匀性致使检测概率降低的程度大于线性响应,致使虚警概率提高的程度也大于线性响应,这一结论可为点目标检测系统中线列探测器的非均匀性校正提供依据.
Abstract:
Both the applications and purposes of infrared point target detection system are different from those of general infrared imaging systems,so the foundation of nonuniformity correction should be different.Based on the nonlinear response model,the influences of nonuniformity produced by linear response and nonlinear response of line array detector on point target detection are compared and analyzed according to mathematical derivation and experimental data.The results indicate that both the decrease of detection probability caused by nonuniformity and the increase of false alarm are greater than linear response,which can provide a foundation for nonuniformity correction in point target detection system.
