荧光寿命的锁相检测技术研究

摘    要:针对光纤荧光温度传感器中影响系统精用参考信号、用正弦信号来调制激励光源的锁相技术(PLD-AMSR)对荧光光纤温度传感器的荧光寿命进行检测,推导出测量荧光寿命的数学模型.该方法对激励光泄露有抑制作用,使测量精度有了显著提高.实验表明,该方法是有效的,达到了系统要求.

Abstract:The fluorescent lifetime detection technology,as the key technique ot optical fiber fluorescence temperature sensor, has been studied. The temperature measurement method based on the fluorescent lifetime is proposed. This scheme is based on using reference signal, and the exciting light that can he modulated as the sinusoidal phase-locked detection. The mathematic model based on the measurement of fluorescent lifetime has been derived. This method restricts the leakage of exciting light to improve the measurement precision. The experiment shows that this method is valid and meets the requirement for the temperature measuring system.
