基于单片机的水位控制系统

摘    要:为了实现对容器内水位的精确控制,提出采用AT89S52作为主控芯片,24位高精度A/D转换芯片HX711处理称重传感器输出微弱电压信号的变化,并将其转换为数字信号,通过软件将ADHX711转换后的数字信号换算成相应的水位值显示在液晶屏12864上。测试结果显示,水位显示值与实际值误差≤0.2 mm,设定水位值与实际值误差≤0.4 mm。实验结果表明,该系统测试稳定性好、精度高。

Abstract:In order to realize accurate control of the water level in the container,we propose a system using AT89S52 as the main control chip and with the 24 high precision A/D conversion chip HX711 to process weak voltage signal variation of the weighing sensor output.The signal variations are converted into digital signal and then the corresponding water level value are displayed on the LCD screen 12864 using software.The test results show that the error value between the displayed water level and actual value is less than or equal to 0.2 mm,while the error value between setting value of water level and actual value is less than or equal to 0.4 mm.Results demonstrate that this system has good stability,high accuracy and certain application value within the scope of automatic water level control.
