| 摘 要： | 文中以TCP/IP协议作为通信链路层协议,设计了终端-服务器模式的数字语音会议以及同声传译系统方案。给出了系统终端及中央控制单元的硬件结构原理设计,以及系统通信流程设计。该系统可实现多方数字语音会议以及实时同声传译。

| Abstract: | Based on the TCP/IP protocol,a terminal-server mode system scheme used for digital voice conferences and simultaneous interpretations meeting is designed.The hardware structure of the system terminal and central control unit as well as the system communication process is given.The system can realize multi-digital voice meetings and real-time simultaneous interpretations. |
