摘    要:针对目前工业领域应用广泛的V/F控制异步电机调速系统所存在的暂态冲击电流过流问题,文中设计了基于V/F控制的实验平台,并在分析了暂态电流过流现象的基础上提出了一种暂态冲击电流的检测及抑制算法。通过软硬件设计在实验平台上进行了3种常见过流现象的验证试验。实验结果表明,该算法在V/F控制的调速系统中可有效抑制冲击电流,且具有实现简单、成本低廉等优点。

Abstract:In view of the problems of transient impulse current in the V/F control asynchronous motor speed control system which is widely used in the industrial field at present, In this paper, an experimental platform based on V/F control is designed, and based on the analysis of transient current over current, a new method to detect and suppress the transient impulse current is proposed. Through the design of the hardware and software, the three kinds of common phenomena are tested. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively suppress the impulse current in the V/F control system, and has the advantages of simple implementation and low cost.
