大尺寸物理发泡绝缘挤出生产线的设计

摘    要:为满足当今需求量激增的大尺寸射频同轴电缆、漏泄电缆的生产需要,摆脱大尺寸物理发泡绝缘挤出生产线依赖进口的局面,成功开发了大尺寸物理发泡绝缘挤出生产线,填补了国产设备在该领域的空白。针对大尺寸物理发泡绝缘电缆绝缘生产设备的关键配置及电缆生产中部分重要工艺参数的控制展开了详细分析。

Abstract:In order to meet the need for producing large size RF coaxial cables and leaky cables, and get rid of relying on the import of large size physically foaming extrusion lines, Shanghai Kechen Wire 8a Cable Machinery Company, Ltd. has successfully developed large size physically foaming extrusion line, filling the gap of domestic equipment in this field. The critical configuration of the extrusion line and the important process parameters for the cable production are analyzed in detail.
