摘    要:针对传统故障字典进行印刷电路板故障诊断中存在的故障数据量大,分析困难,及故障诊断较多依赖人工参与的特点,将小波分析、信息融合、数据挖掘和神经网络等人工智能技术引入印刷电路板故障诊断领域,研究这四种新技术在该领域的应用方案,设计并实现一种将上述四种技术集成到一起的印刷电路板人工智能故障诊断系统。该系统能利用小波分析技术有效地自动提取故障数据集的关键特征,利用数据挖掘和神经网络等技术准确识别注入的全部故障。实际电路板测试实验表明系统识别的有效性。
