| Abstract: | The paper firstly introduces the concept and characters of distributed component object model technology(DCOM),secondly,it introduces how to construct the application system applying in modern management of electric communication resource based on the technology of DCOM,thus it can satisfy the customer demand of the application,and it offers an electric power communication resource management system based on Distributed GIS project. |
