摘    要:通过铂电阻测量温湿度最大的问题是桥电路中精密电阻受环境温度的影响比较大。传统的精密电阻都是采用的绕线的形式,这种方式受环境温度变化影响较大,温漂系数大。这样在测量时就存在误差,需要软件经过修正算法来校正误差。本系统通过在传感器端实现控制电路部分,采用RH25微机电测温芯片替代传统线绕式精密电阻实现了对温、湿度准确测量。

Abstract:The biggest problem of measuring temperature and humidity with platinum resistance is the influence of temperature on the precision resistance in bridge circuit, the traditional precision resistance is in winding form, which is greatly affected by the chan- ges of ambient temperature, so the error is existing in measuring work which should be corrected with the adjusting algorithm of soft- ware. Through the controlling for the circuit part in the end of sensor, the system makes the accurate measurement on temperature and humidity with the RH25 MEMS chip that replaces the traditional wire wound resistor.
