基于改进粒子群PID的恒温控制系统设计研究

摘    要:恒温系统是一个具有非线性、大时延、多干扰的复杂系统,传统的PID控制很难使系统快速地达到稳定状态。因此,设计了一种基于边界缓冲墙和适应度函数相结合的粒子群PID控制器。仿真结果表明,较传统的PID控制,本设计的控制系统具有动态响应速度快,超调量小,过渡过程时间短等优点,从而增强了控制系统的稳定性。

Abstract:Constant temperature control system is a complex system with the features of nonlinearity, delay and multiple disturb- ances. It is difficult to quickly stabilize the system with the using of traditional PID controller. In the paper, it designs a novel PID controller based on an improved particle swarm optimization (PSO) method with fitness exponential scale and border wall for tuning the PID parameters. The experimental results show that compared to the traditional PID control, the PSO-PID system has good perform- ances of faster response speed, shorter transient time, and less oscillation frequency. Consequently, the system becomes more stable.
