| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于图像处理技术来实现棒材自动计数的有效方法,该方法是通过摄像头等设备获取棒材横截面,并对横截面进行图像预处理,最后得到目标二值图像,并根据该图像的实际特点,运用区域面积法,实现对棒材的自动计数。该方法对多根粘连棒材的分析处理十分有效,提高了棒材自动计数的准确率。

| Abstract: | The paper proposes an efficient method based on image processing technology to carry out automatic counting of bar steel.The method acquires the lateral section of bar steel from video and other equipments,and implements the pretreatment on the section,obtains the binary image of the target finally.Then utilizing the method of region area and basing the practical characteristic of the image,it realizes the automatic counting for bar steel.The method is effective to deal with the conglutination problems and ... |
