| 摘 要： | 21世纪是知识经济时代，随着“知识爆炸”的到来，个人知识管理越来越体现出其重要性。从个人知识管理的概念出发，着重介绍了个人知识管理系统功能模块及其关键技术，最后探讨了个人知识管理的前景和面临的挑战。
