| 摘 要： | 由于TCP/IP协议栈的固有特性难以承载未来网络的个性化需求，在网络协议发展历程的基础上，提出了下一代泛在IP（ubiquitous IP，UIP）协议体系。泛在IP是面向泛在全场景服务的未来承载需求，基于IP协议扩展，统筹“渐进式”和“革命式”创新，关键内容包括以灵活IP为核心的设计理念、3个维度的协议架构和在网络层及传输层的协议创新。对比分析了 IPv6+与 UIP 作为两代网络创新技术接力实现网络能力的提升，总结了UIP当前进展以及对未来的展望。

| Abstract: | Considering the inherent characteristics of the TCP/IP protocol stack are difficult to carry the personalized needs of the future network, based on the development of the network protocol, the next-generation ubiquitous IP (UIP) protocol system was proposed.Ubiquitous IP is a complete set of new network technology system based on IP protocol expansion and “progressive” and “revolutionary” innovation.The key content includes the design concept with flexible IP as the core, the three-dimensional protocol system, and the protocol innovation in the network layer and transport layer IPv6+ and UIP, as two-generation network innovation technologies, can relay the improvement of network capabilities were compared and analyzed.The current progress and future prospect of UIP were summarized. |
