摘    要:简要比较了短波HgCdTe与InGaAs探测器的性能,介绍了PIN探测器的结构和主要性能指标,综述了InGaAs探测器的研究进展,特别是我国空间遥感用InGaAs的研究进展,并说明了研制空间遥感用InGaAs/InP光电探测器的意义.

Abstract:The performances of short-wavelength HgCdTe and InGaAs photodetectors are compared, and the structure and performance parameters of PIN photodetector are introduced briefly .The progress of InGaAs photodetector, especially the spatial remote InGaAs sensor in our country is reported, and the importance of developing spatial remote InGaAs sensor is emphasized.
