| 摘 要： | 由于在量子信息技术特别是量子密钥分配系统中的应用，以InGaAs／InP雪崩二极管为基础的红外单光子探测技术，近年来成为研究的热点之一。主要介绍了单光子探测用InGaAs／InP APD的选择和实现红外单光子探测器的关键技术：半导体制冷精密温控技术和APD的驱动控制技术，重点介绍了门控电路。

| Abstract: | The upsurge of interest in quantum key distribution(QKD) in recent years has motivated an extensive effort aiming at developing single-photon detectors(SPDs) at telecommunication wavelengths. A brief review is given of the major technologies for the SPDs, including temperature control and Geiger mode operation especially the gated mode operation, and the methods to choose from commercially available InGaAs/InP APDs for the SPDs are discussed. |
