透明导电薄膜的研究现状及应用

摘    要:综述了当前透明导电薄膜的最新研究和应用状况,重点讨论了ITO膜的光电性能和当前的研究焦点。指出了目前需要进一步从材料选择、工艺参数制定、多层膜光学设计等方面来提高透明导电膜的综合性能,使其可见光平均透光率达到92%以上,从而满足高尖端技术的需要。

Abstract:The recent research advances in transparent & conducting (TC) films and their applications in various fields are described. Photoelectric properties and investigation focus of ITO film are emphasized. The properties of TC films should be improved combined with optimized materials, parameters and multilayer design in order to obtain higher average transmittance (Tavg>92%).
