光纤传感器现状

摘    要:分析了近年来世界范围内光纤传感器技术的应用和发展。与传统的各类传感器相比,光纤传感器有一系列独特的优点,如灵敏度高,抗电磁干扰、耐腐蚀,便于实现多路技术,结构简单,体积小,重量轻,耗电少等。应力、温度、气压是目前应用最广泛的光纤传感器,而光纤光栅传感是目前研究最广泛的光纤传感技术。光纤陀螺仪、光纤电流传感器是比较成熟的光纤传感器,已成功地实现了商业化。最后,讨论在应用光学动态发展中光纤传感器的技术与商业发展趋势。

Abstract:World-wide development and applications of optical fiber sensing technology have been analysed since 1990s, and the advantages compared to the conventional sensors are described. Strain, temperature and pressure sensing are the most widely used ones and the fiber grating sensor is the most studied one. Fiber-optic gyroscopes, fiber-optic current sensors are the relatively matured ones, which have been commercialized. Finally the technical and commericial development trends of optical fiber sensors are discussed.
