摘    要:随着通信技术发展的日新月异,不同场景、不同类型的新型通信设备不断涌现,特别是目前5G通信技术的进一步推广,部署于各种场景的新型通信设备对其配套设备,特别是通信电源提出了更高的要求。本文针对第三代半导体材料氮化镓的特性与技术发展应用进行介绍,并探讨氮化镓技术应用在通信电源领域的可能性与发展前景,氮化镓半导体材料如何应用在通信电源领域并满足新型通信设备的供电需求。指导通信电源在今后的发展过程中有效的使用氮化镓半导体材料。

Abstract:With the rapid development of communication technology, new communication equipment with different scenes and types is emerging. Especially with the further promotion of 5G communication technology, the new communication equipment deployed in various scenarios has put forward higher requirements for its supporting equipment, especially the communication power supply. This paper introduces the characteristics and technology development and application of the third generation semiconductor material gallium nitride, and discusses the possibility and development prospect of the application of gallium nitride technology in the field of communication power supply, and how to apply gallium nitride semiconductor material in the field of communication power supply and meet the power supply requirements of new communication equipment. To guide the effective use of GaN semiconductor materials in the future development of communication power supply.
