| 摘 要： | 点击拨号业务通常是指由PC侧发起、以手机或固话终端作为主被叫听筒的通话业务。用户通过鼠标点击动作即可由网络侧主动向通话各方发起呼叫,各方用手机或座机应答接通后即可建立通话。广义的点击拨号还包括WAP、短信、手机客户端发起的呼叫业务。CM-IMS是中国移动下一代网络架构,基于CM-IMS开展的点击拨号业务,在实现点击拨号业务功能的同时,更具有ICT融合的应用方式。本文对点击拨号业务的场景与业务体验、系统架构、业务流程等进行介绍。

| Abstract: | Click to dial is usually refers to the call control service which is initiated by the PC, mobile phone and answered with the fixed terminal or mobile. Click to dial also includes the call initiated by Wap, SMS, phone call. CM-IMS is the next-generation network architecture of China Mobile. CM-IMS-based click to dial service is a integration of ICT. In this paper, click to dial scenarios and user experience, system architecture, business process, etc. are introduced. |
