| 摘 要： | 电子产品的标准化设计方案有利于SMT加工组装工艺的完成及生产效率的提高.在设计中通过对工艺流程设计、元器件的合理选用、贴片元器件在PCB中的布局控制、合理的PCB布线以及SMT设备对PCB的要求等内容的标准化设计,保证了产品具有较强的可制造性,得到了很高的质量水平及生产效率.从以上几点介绍了设计中的要素,希望能帮助设计者做好标准化工作,从而提高管理与质量水平.
