提高ZnO压敏电阻器电性能的研究

摘    要:采用sol-gel法制备了复合纳米添加剂。将其与ZnO,Sb2O3混合,球磨后按传统工艺制备了ZnO压敏电阻器。通过粒度测试,分析了复合纳米添加剂的粒径大小;借SEM分析了电阻器的微观形貌,并测试了电阻器的电性能。结果表明:添加剂的粒径集中在100nm以下,用该添加剂制成的电阻器微观结构更均匀,其8/20μs通流能力达2500A,2ms方波能量耐受能力达46J。

Abstract:In order to improve the electrical properties of ZnO varistors,the powder of ZnO varistor was fabricated by blending and grinding of ZnO,Sb2O3 and composite nanometer additives prepared by sol-gel method. The particle size of the composite nanometer additive was tested by granularity analysis. The microstructure of the varistor was analyzed by SEM and the electrical properties of ZnO varistor were also tested.
