纳米粉体对NTC热敏电阻性能的影响

摘    要:用溶胶凝胶法制备金属氧化物纳米粉体,经等静压成型,高温成瓷制成NTC热敏元件,实验表明用这种材料做成的热敏元件的一致性大大提高,优于常规方法制作的热敏元件。

Abstract:The two thermosensitive ceramics: Co Mn Ni Mg O and Co Mn Ni Fe O possess opposite heat treatment electric characteristics. A new material Co Mn Ni Mg Fe O is obtained by combine the said ceramics. When heat treated, the different resistance temperature characteristics complemented each other, which brings about a much higher thermostability. That makes it possible that the normal temperature ther mosensitive material can withstand high temperature thermal shock.
