电解质对液体钽电容器高频电性能影响的研究

摘    要:研究了电解质对高频液体钽电容器电性能的影响。通过实验优化电解质配方,使电导率 0.1 S/cm,组装成电容器的电性能:在50 kHz频率下测试的等效串联电阻Res≤3.0 ,电容量变化C / C≤20%。实验结果表明,电解质对高频液体钽电容器在高频电路中的电性能有重要的影响。

Abstract:The effect of electrolyte on high frequency electrical property of wet tantalum capacitors was studied. Based on experiments, electrolyte composition was optimized so that conductivity is more than 0.1 S/cm, ESR less than 3.0 at 50 kHz, capacitance change DC / C less than 20%. Related experiments show that in high frequency circuits, electrical property of wet Tantalum capacitors was greatly influenced by electrolyte.
