| Abstract: | Parameters affecting viscosity of slurry for tape casting AlN were studied through contrast experiment. The results obtained show that the viscosity of the slurry decreases with increase of ambient temperature or solvent ratio and increases with decrease of particles size of the powder or plasticizer ratio. Strict control of the influencing factors is very important to obtain satisfactory tape casting results. |
