摘    要:研究了Ba/Ti摩尔比、B位钙掺杂量和烧结气氛对钛酸钡陶瓷的致密化、微观结构、电阻率以及介电性能的影响。结果表明,随着Ba/Ti摩尔比的增加,样品密度增大,陶瓷晶粒变小,致密化程度增加,材料的居里点向低温方向移动,漏导损耗减小,电阻率增加。而随着钙掺杂量的增加,样品密度减小,孔洞增大增多,漏导损耗增大,电阻率减小。

Abstract:The influence of Ba/Ti mole ratio on the properties of Ca doped in barium titanate B-sites was investigated. The influence of Ba/Ti mole ratio, substitution number and sintering atmosphere on densification, microstructure, resistivity and the dielectric property of the as-fired ceramics were studied profoundly. With Ba/Ti mole ratio increasing, density increased, grain size decreased, the Curie temperature shifted from high temperature to low temperature and leakage conductivity decreased. And with the dopant amont increasing, density decreased, the holes increased and leakage conductivities increased.
