掺杂及烧结温度对Pb(Y1/2Nb1/2)O3-PbTiO3-PbZrO3性能的影响

摘    要:为了改进0.02Pb(Y1/2Nb1/2 )O3-yPbTiO3-(1- 0.02- y)PbZrO3 系压电陶瓷的电学性能和力学性能,作者研究了多种常用添加物对0.02Pb (Y1/2Nb1/2 )O3 -yPbTiO3 -(1- y- 0.02)PbZrO3 三元系压电陶瓷性能的作用, 探讨了不同烧结温度对材料性能的影响。实验结果表明, Sr2+ 和Ba2+ 作为同价取代元素能够提高0.02Pb(Y1/2Nb1/2 ) O3 -yPbTiO3 -(1- 0.02- y) PbZrO3 系材料的机电耦合系数(kp、k33 、kt)、介电常数和压电系数, 降低机械品质因数Qm ; Li+ 、Cr3+ 、Mn2+ 、Ni3+ 、Fe3+ 等金属离子加入0.02Pb (Y1/2Nb1/2) O3-yPbTiO3-(1- 0.02- y) PbZrO3 会提高材料的机械品质因数, 同时也会损害介电、压电性能, 降低弹性柔顺系数, 体现了硬性添加物的一般特性; 退火对0.02Pb (Y1/2Nb1/2) O3 -yPbTiO3- (1- 0.02- y) PbZrO3 压电材料性能有促进作用。

Abstract:ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS & MATERIALS (China), Vol 18, No 6, P 3 4 (Dec 1999) In Chinese Dielectric and piezoelectric properties of 0 02Pb(Y 1/2 Nb 1/2 )O 3 y PbTiO 3 (1-0 02- y )PbZrO 3 ternary ceramics doped with several kinds of additives are investigated. The electromechanical and elastic compliance properties in different sintering temperature are also studied. The results show that dielectric and piezoelectric properties can be improved by doping BaCO 3 and SrCO 3, but the dissipation factor will be increased at the same time; that ions such as Li +, Cr 3+ , Mn 2+ , Ni 3+ , Fe 3+ act as donors, thus lower the dissipation factor, dielectric constant and piezoelectric coefficient; that annealing will improve the all properties in a large degree.
