熔盐法制备Bi_4Ti_3O_(12)粉体显微形貌的研究

摘    要:采用熔盐法制备了晶粒取向生长的Bi4Ti3O12粉体。研究了煅烧温度以及盐与原料的质量比等因素对粉体显微形貌的影响。结果表明:随着煅烧温度的升高,晶粒尺寸增大,分散性变好,a-b面内取向生长明显。当盐与原料质量比为1:1,900℃煅烧2h后得到的粉体显微形貌较好,晶粒呈规则的四边形薄片状,尺寸分布均匀,平均粒径约7μm。

Abstract:Bi4Ti3O12 powders with grain oriented growth were prepared by molten salt method. The effects of calcining temperature and mass ratio of salt to raw materials on the micromorphology of Bi4Ti3O12 powders were investigated. The results show that an increase of the grain size, better dispersivity and significant oriented growth in a-b plane occur with increasing calcining temperature. Bi4Ti3O12 powders with good micromorphologies are obtained when mass ratio of salt to raw materials is 1:1, calcining at 900 ℃ for 2 h. The grain is regular quadrilateral flake-like and homogenous distributed. The average particle size is about 7 μm.
