摘    要:以鸡蛋壳内膜为模板,通过简单环保的液相浸渍技术结合煅烧工艺制备了具有蛋膜结构特征的WO<,3>纳米材料.利用XRD、SEM对其物相、结构进行了表征.结果表明:采用此方法制备的WO<,3>纳米材料为单斜晶相,且很好地复制了蛋膜的交叉网状结构.利用该材料制成气敏元件,并采用静态配气法测试了元件的气敏性能.研究发现:元件在2...
