摘    要:综合分析无铅压电陶瓷在压电陶瓷材料中的地位,指出要想让无铅压电陶瓷完全取代铅基压电陶瓷在现阶段是不可能的,但对大量的压电中端应用和低端应用,无铅压电陶瓷材料与器件大有用武之地;给出了目前无铅压电陶瓷研究的主要体系,包括BaTiO3基无铅压电陶瓷、Bi1/2Na1/2TiO3(BNT)基无铅压电陶瓷和铌酸盐系无铅压电陶瓷;分析了当前无铅压电陶瓷研究开发应注意的问题,并对今后研究开发的相关方向,如提高机电耦合系数(k)、压电常数(d)和机械品质因数(Qm)等,提出了一些建议。

Abstract:The status and recent progresses of lead-free piezoelectric ceramics and the present conditions of the applications of these materials are analyzed. It is pointed out that lead-free piezoelectric ceramics can not substitute the lead-contained piezoelectric ceramics in all application aspects, however lead-free piezoelectric ceramics materials and devices can be used for a great amount of middle or lower ends of piezoelectric device applications at least at moment. The developments and the properties of the lead-free piezoelectric ceramics, mainly BaTiO3-based、Bi1/2Na1/2TiO3(BNT)-based and niobate-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics materials are summarized, the applications and the prospects the lead-free piezoelectric ceramics are reviewed, and some suggestions on the researches and developments of the field in resent years, such as for enhance of the electro-mechanical coupling coefficient(k)、piezoelectric constants (d) and mechanical quality factor(Qm), are pointed out.
